Hydra Hub is an AI-powered answering and front-desk service based in Parker, CO. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to correct or remove it.
What we collect
We collect information only when you actively provide it through one of two forms on this site.
Contact form. When you fill out the contact form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The message you type
Booking form. When you book a call, we receive:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
The information from the contact form is used solely to reply to your enquiry. The information from the booking form is used solely to schedule and confirm your appointment. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
The information you submit is stored in Hydra Hub's customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people at Hydra Hub who need it to respond to you or manage your appointment.
Live-chat widget
This site includes a live-chat widget operated by our messaging provider. If you type a message into that widget, the content of that message is received and processed by the messaging provider on our behalf. We use it only to respond to your questions.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or remove any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, reach out through either of the channels below and we will respond during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MT).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change is posted means you have seen the updated policy.
